1、蒸汽换热器的基本结构
蒸汽换热器主要由壳体、管束、进出口管道、挡板、密封件等组成,管束是蒸汽换热器的核心部分,主要由若干根金属管组成,管内通入被加热介质,管外通入蒸汽。
2、蒸汽换热器的工作原理
(1)蒸汽进入换热器
高温高压的蒸汽从换热器的进口管道进入,经过管束时,蒸汽的热能会传递给管内流动的介质。
(2)热能传递
蒸汽在管外流动,与管内介质进行热交换,由于蒸汽的温度和压力较高,热量会迅速传递给管内介质,管内介质的温度逐渐升高,直至达到热平衡。
(3)冷凝和排放
蒸汽在传递热能的过程中,温度逐渐降低,压力也随之降低,当蒸汽的温度降低到露点温度时,蒸汽开始冷凝成水,这部分冷凝水通过挡板收集,并通过排放管道排出。
(4)介质循环
管内介质在吸收蒸汽的热能后,温度升高,通过出口管道流出换热器,进入下一道工序,管内介质会不断循环流动,保证换热器内介质的热交换效率。
